When I think of all the places I’ve been to paint, it feels like new life.

I can barely remember what I used to do before becoming a watercolor artist. It is all consuming and I love it!

2025 Classes …

Watercolor Basics classes at the Kent Island Federation of Art (KIFA), 405 Main Street, Stevensville, MD in the member’s gallery 10 am - noon every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month.

Fees are $50 for KIFA members and $60 for nonmembers and cover two sessions. Monthly sign-ups at Kifa.us under “Learn.”

Your unique watercolor stye will emerge over time. These classes are designed to help you get started on a firm foundation.

September 25 - Frame It! class at KIFA, 405 Main Street, Stevensville, MD. This is a class demo to learn how to mat and frame for gallery shows and plein air events, and also to wax watercolors for framing without mat and glass. Sign up at kifa.us under “Learn.”
